Hi, I’m Brooke.
For nearly 20 years, I’ve helped leaders show up with clarity, presence, and authenticity when it matters most. I started in the U.S. Air Force, serving in crisis zones and strategic roles from Kabul to Capitol Hill. Since then, I’ve coached senior leaders across government, industry, law enforcement, and both collegiate and professional athletics.
I’ve advised two Chairmen of the Joint Chiefs and two Air Force Chiefs of Staff. Built communication strategies at the intersection of the White House, the Pentagon, and Congress. And helped leaders navigate some of the most high-stakes, high-visibility moments of their careers.
Today, through Up Until Now Coaching, I help high-impact leaders realign their voice with their values — so they can lead with clarity, credibility, and confidence when the old playbook no longer fits.

My approach blends two decades of executive communication experience with professional coaching tools, Enneagram insight, and a human-centered lens. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all templates. I help you slow down, get honest, and show up differently — with clarity, with courage, and with language that actually feels like yours.
